How We Build
DeSite Better Built Bins do not rely on simple corner-to-corner welds. The corners are CNC formed to double the plate thickness for added strength and reduced cracking.
Structural Strength
Casted dump stops and structural reinforcement are engineered directly into the bin base for stronger, safer operation.
Maximum Strength
DeSite cuts all pin doublers from 3/8 plate and uses 1 1/4 inch solid steel pins in the pivot points for maximum durability.
Fast Setup
Quick forklift connections
Connecting the bin base to the forklift is quick and easy.
Chain Hanger
A bolt-on chain hanger on each side of the pin holds the chain when it is not attached to the forklift.
Outward Taper
DeSite bins have a 2 inch outward taper from bottom to top to help reduce material getting stuck when dumping.
