Xtreme Duty 2.0
Our first trailer came out in 2016. After expanding factory capacity and manufacturing capabilities, DeSite went back to the drawing board and engineered the Xtreme Duty Dump Trailer 2.0.
This versatile trailer can be loaded and towed by excavators, skid steers, compact loaders, and bucket tractors.
Built around a stronger floor
The floor is engineered to withstand the weight and action of an excavator bucket during operation.
It is constructed from two layers of 5/16 inch steel plates, laminated and plug welded together to create a 5/8 inch thick floor.

Heavy-duty systems for real jobsite use.
Trailer Suspension
The suspension is positioned near the front of the box and uses four robust 3 inch x 12 inch coils in a quad coil configuration to absorb shocks during loading and towing.
Stable Loading
When loading thousands of pounds into the trailer, suspension strength and stability are critical, especially on uneven terrain.
Locking System
The Xtreme Duty Dump Trailer comes with a barn door tailgate that is laser cut and CNC formed from 5/16 inch thick plate.
Barn Door Tailgate
The barn door style tailgate swings open one way and is built for simple, durable jobsite use.
Dual Wheel System
The single axle dual wheel design makes it easier for compact equipment to handle and steer the trailer when loaded heavy.
Reduced Ground Damage
A single axle allows the trailer to pivot without tearing up the ground, while the dual wheel system helps distribute ground pressure.
Hitch Tube
The hitch tube is designed long enough to position the dump trailer at 90 degrees to the blade of the excavator.
Better Cleanup Position
This allows the operator to use the blade as a backstop for the bucket when doing final cleanup in tight quarters.
