The SLG 108 is designed to be fed with up to a 9 ft, 3 yard bucket. It has a 6 ft x 10 ft screen deck and is one of DeSite’s most versatile screening machines.
Off the riser, the SLG 108 can be fed with bucket tractors, compact excavators, and skid steers. On the riser box, it works with full-size excavators, backhoes, and wheel loaders.
DeSite features like the tilting screen deck, feed deflector, cantilevered suspension, and quick-change riser box help keep the screening process productive and practical.

Tilting Screen Deck
An operator’s ability to manipulate screen deck slope while screening increases production and gives better control over material flow.
The SLG 108 can adjust for wet, dry, sandy, rocky, and even frozen soil. Flatten the deck to slow material flow or increase deck angle to keep high-moisture material moving.

Cantilevered Screen Deck Suspension
The cantilevered suspension system allows the deck to pivot from 45 degrees for high-moisture material back to 30 degrees for sand and soils with lower moisture.
The operator can flatten the screen deck with the machine’s bucket while feeding the screener, giving strong control over the screening process.
Grab and Go Portability
The SLG 108 can be moved around the worksite with forks or with bucket transport lugs and your machine’s bucket.
The compact design helps it work in areas with limited room and access.

Changing the screen mesh to a different size takes about 40 minutes, and the screen deck pivots on spring coils and UHMW nylon bushings.

Bucket Transport Lugs
Bucket transport lugs save time and reduce the need for pallet forks onsite. The lugs slide directly into the fork pockets with a retention hole to lock them in place.
Once installed, you can pick up the screener with your bucket and move it quickly. No hitch, no wheels, no wiring, and no digging.
Quick Change Riser Box
The SLG 108 riser box is 28 inches tall, 10 ft wide, and weighs 750 lbs.
On the riser box, the SLG 108 works efficiently with full-size excavators, backhoes, and wheel loaders. Off the riser box, feed height is reduced to 8 ft for skid steers, compact excavators, and bucket tractors.
Transport
The SLG 108 is just over 10 ft tall, 6 ft deep, and 10 ft wide. It weighs 5000 lbs and can be moved with forks or a bucket.
It can be transported with a bumper pull or gooseneck trailer from site to site.
