DeSite Vibratory Screener
108 ProScreen
Topsoil & Rock Screener
For use with full size excavators, backhoes and wheel loaders. Built for high-volume screening, portability, and real jobsite productivity.
Built for serious screening volume
The 108 ProScreen is our big dog screener, designed to be fed with up to a 9 ft, 3 yard bucket. The 108 ProScreen has a 6 ft x 10 ft screen deck that can screen from 30 to 60 yards per hour depending on mesh size, material, and moisture levels.
It is powered by dual 110 volt, 3600 RPM vibratory packs. It is not only our biggest screener, but also our most versatile vibratory screening machine.
Off the riser, the 108 ProScreen can be fed with bucket tractors, compact excavators, and skid steers. On the riser box, it is designed to be fed with full size excavators, backhoes, and wheel loaders.

Tilting Screen Deck
An operator’s ability to manipulate screen deck slope while screening increases efficiency and production each hour. The 108 ProScreen can adjust to varying positions for different materials and moisture levels.
To slow material flow, the operator only needs to flatten the deck slope with the bucket while feeding the screener. Leaving the screener at a steeper slope allows material to travel faster for high-moisture materials.
Eccentric Vibratory Packs
The 108 ProScreen comes fitted with dual eccentric vibratory packs. The motors turn at 3600 RPM and each produces about 760 lbs of force as they spin.
Inside the starter box are two starting capacitors that store energy to initiate motor startup. At operating RPM, each vibratory pack draws about 5 amps.
DeSite eccentric vibratory packs are oil-ring sealed to keep dust and moisture out. Electric components are encased in rubber to absorb vibration transferred from the eccentrics.
Delivery quotationFeed Deflection System
The feed deflection system directs material flow toward the top of the screen deck to begin the screening process. Directing material flow to the top of the screen deck supports maximum production and efficiency.
The 108 ProScreen deflector can open and close as needed to handle oversized material. Quick-disconnect mounting allows the feeder to be removed, turning the 108 ProScreen into a vibrating grizzly screen deck for bulky construction and demolition debris.
Cantilevered Screen Deck Suspension
The cantilevered suspension system allows the deck to pivot from 45 degrees for high-moisture material back to 30 degrees for sand and soils with lower moisture.
The operator can flatten the screen deck with the machine’s bucket while feeding the screener, giving maximum control over the screening process. With only four grease points, the 108 ProScreen spends more time screening and less time in maintenance.
Grab and Go Portability
The 108 ProScreen can be moved around the worksite with forks or with DeSite bucket transport lugs and your machine’s bucket.
Conventional screeners with wheels, axles, and hitches can restrict accessibility and portability. The compact 108 design allows the screener to work in areas with limited room and access.

Versatility
Designed to screen sand, soil, compost, rock, crushed concrete, recycled asphalt, and more.
One screener. Many machines.
With the removable riser box, the 108 ProScreen can be fed with large excavators, backhoes, loaders, skid steers, compact excavators, and bucket tractors.
Low Maintenance
The simplicity of the 108 design helps keep operational costs to a minimum. With only four grease points requiring service once a day, you get more screening time and less downtime.
Changing out screen mesh to a different size takes about 40 minutes. The 108 ProScreen can be powered by a compact 5000 watt, 110 volt generator with a 10 gauge cord up to 100 ft away from dust and dirt.
Affordability
Compare the 108 ProScreen against other vibratory screeners offering around 60 sq/ft of screening surface. Compare the portability, rugged simplicity, features, price point, and hourly output.
The 108 ProScreen is built to be a strong screening value for contractors who need production without overcomplication.
Accessories
Accessories that improve movement, setup, and jobsite flexibility.
Bucket Transport Lugs
Bucket transport lugs save time and reduce the need for pallet forks onsite. The lugs slide directly into the fork pockets with a retention hole to lock them in place.
Once installed, you can pick up the screener with your bucket and move it quickly. No hitch, no wheels, no wiring, and no digging.
Quick Change Riser Box
The 108 ProScreen riser box is 28 inches tall, 10 ft wide, and weighs 750 lbs. On the riser box, the 108 works efficiently with larger machines like full size excavators, backhoes, and wheel loaders.
Off the riser box, the 108 feed height is reduced to 8 ft for efficient feeding with skid steers, compact excavators, and bucket tractors. The screener attaches to the riser with four 4” nylon straps on each corner.
Transport, Warranty & Mesh
Transport
The 108 ProScreen is just over 10 ft tall, 6 ft deep, and 10 ft wide. It weighs in at 5000 lbs and can be picked up and moved with forks or a bucket.
It can be transported with a bumper pull or gooseneck trailer from site to site.
Warranty
The 108 ProScreen includes a 5 year replacement warranty on the structure and workmanship under normal use.
Electrical components come with the standard 1 year IDM warranty.
Mesh Sizes
The 108 ProScreen comes fitted with 3/4 x 4” elongated triple chute weave, one of the most commonly requested mesh sizes for screening soil.
Mesh is available in elongated and square patterns depending on customer needs.
