The DeSite 68 ProScreen Topsoil and Rock Screener is designed for users who primarily need to screen and recycle dirt, compost, gravels, and sand.
It is a subcompact vibratory screener designed with a reduced feed height for machines with limited reach.
The 68 ProScreen includes key DeSite features found on larger electric screeners, including cantilevered suspension, a tilting screen deck, and a 110 volt vibratory system.

Bucket Width
The 68 ProScreen can now be fed with a wider bucket than previous models. This model accommodates buckets up to 66 inches wide.
The inside box dimension has been increased to 73 inches. When using a 66 inch bucket, there is extra room that makes the screener easier to use.
Machine Weight
The challenge with compact screeners is controlling machine weight while keeping the structural strength needed for years of service.
The 68 ProScreen weighs 1475 lbs and is built with a larger screen deck while staying compact enough for smaller equipment.

Cantilevered Deck Suspension
The 68 ProScreen uses a durable coil and leaf spring suspension system similar to the 78 ProScreen.
A steeper deck angle helps material travel faster when screening wet materials. A flatter deck slope slows material flow and works best with gravels, sand, and dry soils.
Vibratory System
The 68 ProScreen uses a dual eccentric 110 volt, 3600 RPM vibratory pack.
The motor and eccentric system are sealed away from dirt and moisture and are maintenance free.
The 68V vibratory pack draws 4 to 5 amps and works off a 15 amp circuit. It can also be powered with a compact 3500 watt portable generator.
Rubber Screen Deck Skirts
Rubber skirts are installed on each side of the 68 ProScreen screen deck to catch stray material that may fall from the bucket and miss the deck.
The skirts are made of rubber so they can bend and flex if contacted by the bucket.

Tilting Screen Deck
The 68 ProScreen includes an 8 inch wide feeder plate designed to improve feeding efficiency.
The feeder plate helps the operator use the full screen deck when feeding the screener.
The tilting screen deck gives better control over flow speed and helps match the machine to the material being screened.
