Portability
The slg-68V design has lift pockets for quick and easy movement with pallet forks. We also have designed heavy duty 3/4 plate Bucket Lift Lugs that can be inserted into the lift pocket openings for onsite movement using the bucket on your machine. This gives you the ability to move the screener around the worksite with your bucket so you do not have to change to pallet forks. The ability to move the screener quickly allow the operator to keep the screener close to pile reducing travel time. Short travel distance results in higher production.

The slg-68v was primarily designed to be fed with skidsteers and small tractors. The DeSite 68V will screen from 20 to 30 yards of material each hour depending upon material, machine feeding the screener, mesh size and material moisture.

Manufacturing Process
We work hard to keep our DeSite screeners the best screening value available. We also strive to make sure that our quality is second to none, so we buy our plate direct from the steel mill, back with their certification. industry. We spend the extra money to laser cut all our plate to ensure a precision fit each and every time. After the laser process is complete, plate is then CNC formed and double checked with bend gauges before the fabrication process begins. After the fabrication and welding process is complete all sharp edges are ground before we shot blast and powder coat the screener.
Screen Mesh
Many different mesh sizes from 1/8 to 4? can be fitted to the SLG-68V. We offer both square and elongate pattern mesh. Square pattern is primarily used for gravel and rock, while our elongated meshes works best for soils and high moisture materials. All of our mesh is constructed from 65mm steel for maximum wear using double lock crimp dies for tight durable fit.
